Our Studio Beach Superior Suites are ideal for solo travellers or couples wanting modern studio accommodation with views of Mooloolaba beach.

Studio Beach Superior Suites are located on the beach side of the Landmark building offering limited oceanfront views. The ocean view is conveniently set between two buildings.

The Superior rooms have had recent upgrades to the soft furnishings offering a more modernised styled apartment.

Studio Beach Superior Suites offer a queen size bed, lounge area, kitchenette with 2 plate cooktop, microwave oven and bar style fridge, ensuite bathroom with combination washer/dryer and a step-up spa bath with overhead shower. (NB: Walk-in shower may be possible on request, subject to availability)
