Our Studio Beach Suites are ideal for solo travellers or couples looking for budget-friendly studio apartments with Mooloolaba beach views.

Studio Beach Suites are located on the beach side of the Landmark building offering limited oceanfront views. The ocean view is conveniently set between two buildings.

Studio Beach Suites offer a queen size bed, lounge area, kitchenette with 2 plate cooktop, microwave oven and bar style fridge, ensuite bathroom with combination washer/dryer and either a step-up spa bath with overhead shower. (NB: Walk-in shower may be possible by request, subject to availability).
