SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is one of Mooloolaba’s best-known family attractions and a great all-weather activity.

Located at The Wharf, it features interactive marine displays, Little Blue Penguins, Seal Island, a tidal touch pool, seahorses and the impressive 80-metre Ocean Tunnel.

It’s a favourite for families, couples and anyone wanting to learn more about the marine life that makes this part of Queensland so special.

For calmer swimming, fresh seafood and a more laid-back local feel, take a walk or short drive to Mooloolaba Spit.

This sheltered stretch of beach located at the southern end of Mooloolaba Beach is popular with families and is a great spot for a relaxed swim, fish and chips, or a wander along the river mouth.

It’s also a lovely place to slow down and enjoy the coastal scenery away from the busier stretch of the Esplanade.

Just a short drive from Mooloolaba, Point Cartwright is a beautiful headland with walking tracks, open green space, coastal views and an active lighthouse.

 It’s a great place for a picnic, sunset walk or scenic lookout over the Mooloolah River, Mooloolaba and the coastline.

Located just one block from Landmark Resort & Spa overlooking the stunning Mooloolaba Beach, The Surf Club Mooloolaba is one of the oldest Surf Life Saving Clubs in Australia which was established in 1922.

The Surf Club Mooloolaba is the ultimate beachfront location to enjoy a cold beer, coffee and cake and a delicious meal from the all-day dining menu. 

Enjoy live music, great food, a range of drinks, gaming and a play nook for the kids at The Surf Club Mooloolaba.

The Boathouse Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

The Bayview Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday - Saturday.

The Coffee Corner, Bar & Bottleshop are open 7 days a week, from 10am.
