Mooloolaba Beach is the perfect family beach, one being that it is patrolled and two that it is sheltered by Point Cartwright located at the end of the spit. Extremely popular with families, the beach is great for swimming and also body surfing small - medium waves. A great beginner beach for surfers why not try a lesson with one of several local surf schools and board hire shops close to Landmark Resort.
Enjoy the beautiful grassy parkland area that provides free BBQ's and picnic areas which include children's playground's all look over the main patrolled beach.
Level 1 of the Landmark Resort opens directly onto the Mooloolaba Esplanade, only 30 Metres from the patrolled Beach. You will find a wide variety of dining options within the Landmark Complex choose from Australian cuisine, Italian, Indian, and Asian fusion. The Mooloolaba Esplanade and Wharf has many great restaurants, cafes, juice bars and takeaway shops to enjoy.
The esplanade is now home to many great boutique s, Day spas and beauty salons which offer a range of treatments and massages to relax the mind and revive the soul. Check out the Waterfall Day Spa, located on level one of the Landmark building, definitely the best in Mooloolaba but of course we are bias.
Landmark is within walking distance to all the major attractions in Mooloolaba and is a great position from which to explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast.
Mooloolaba Beach is a patrolled surf beach popular with families. Small - medium waves good for swimming and body surfing.
Grassy parklands with BBQ's, children's playground's and the loo with a view all look over the main beach.
Mooloolaba’s premier dining and entertainment precinct is fast gaining a reputation as one of the best in Queensland.

Twilight Markets at the Wharf Mooloolaba - Friday's from 3.30pm till 8pm. Shops and stalls filled with aromatic food, handcrafted giftware and dazzling garments. Plus live entertainment and canal views.
The Big Pineapple Growers Market - 6.30am to noon every Saturday, Big Pineapple, Nambour Connection Rd, Woombye.
Buderim Sunday Markets - 8am-noon the second and fourth Sunday of the month, in the car park behind the old Buderim Post Office, Lindsay Rd, Buderim.
Cotton Tree Street Markets - 7am-noon on Sundays, King St, Cotton Tree.
Maroochydore Sunday Markets - 6am-noon Sundays, corner Fishermans Rd and Bradman Ave/David Low Way, Maroochydore.
Sippy Downs Central Market - 6am - noon Sundays, Chancellor Village Blvd (behind Chancellor Tavern), Chancellor Park. Fruit and veg, trash 'n' treasure, arts and crafts, hot food, children's entertainment, plants and flowers.
Cooroy Markets - 8am-1.30pm Thursdays, RSL Hall, Maple St, Cooroy.
Eumundi Markets - 7.30am-1.30pm Saturdays and Wednesdays, Memorial Dve, Eumundi.
Kin Kin Markets - 8am-1pm the third Sunday of the month, Memorial Hall, Kin Kin.

The wharf is a popular local destination which has over 40 specialty shops, cafes and restaurants. Lots of tours operate from The Wharf. Scubaworld operates diving trips to the Ex-HMAS Brisbane wreck.
Take a journey to another world at UnderWater World (Australia), Queensland’s largest Oceanarium and Aquarium.
Great value for the family and couples alike. Easily spend half a day at Underwater world, then explore the wharf.
